If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I offer a 100% full refund on the cost of the artwork. You only need to cover the return shipping costs.

To qualify for a refund, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. The painting must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Once received safely at the studio, your refund will be processed immediately.

Commissions: Because custom artwork is created specifically for you, the 25% initial deposit is non-refundable once sketching begins. However, I work closely with you through updates to ensure you love the final result.

Unless stated otherwise in the product description, paintings are shipped unframed on gallery-wrapped canvas with finished edges, ready to hang as-is or frame locally to match your home decor. Custom framing can be arranged upon request for an extra fee.

Small and medium canvases are securely packed in heavy-duty impact-resistant boxes with corner guards and moisture protection. Large canvases may be shipped flat or rolled safely in a heavy tube.

If you intend to use the portrait for commercial purposes (such as album art, book covers, or branding), commercial licensing rights can be negotiated separately.

In the rare event of transit damage, take photos of the package and artwork immediately so we can file an insurance claim and arrange a resolution.
